Made-to-order lamps

LetterLamps are made to order in your selected design, size, face finish and body colour. Production time is separate from shipping time. Any production estimate shown for your order and any carrier transit estimate refer to different stages. For a current production estimate before ordering, contact info@letterlamps.com.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Your checkout displays applicable taxes. Where international shipping is available, any customs or import charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier.

Dispatch and delivery

Shipping begins after your lamp has been made and your order has been dispatched. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, and delays can occur. Tracking information, when available, is provided with the shipping confirmation.

Address or order changes

Check your delivery address and lamp selections before paying. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm whether a change is still possible based on production and dispatch status.

Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries

Please inspect your lamp when it arrives and contact info@letterlamps.com promptly with your order number if it is damaged, incorrect or does not arrive. Our returns and refunds policy explains return requests. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back.
